  2. Express Shipping Service

Once you choose the express shipping, your package will be given priority in processing and arranging for delivery to minimize the transportation time and meet your urgent expectations.

II. Transportation Time Limit

  1. Standard Shipping
    Under normal circumstances, starting from the shipment of the goods, it is expected that you will receive the package within 20 days. However, the actual transportation time may fluctuate due to factors such as the geographical location of the destination country or region, the local logistics operation efficiency, the customs clearance process, and force majeure. III. Order Processing Time

We will process your order within 1 – 2 working days after receiving your valid order and completing the payment, including the picking, packaging and other preparatory work of the goods. Then, we will transfer the package to our cooperative logistics partners to start the transportation process.

IV. Logistics Information Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the logistics partners for delivery, we will promptly send the tracking number to the email address or mobile phone number you provided when placing the order (depending on your choice when placing the order), so that you can track the transportation status of the package in real time through the corresponding logistics inquiry platform. You can check the location of the package, whether it has arrived at the transfer station, and the estimated delivery time and other key information, so as to make reasonable arrangements for receiving the package.

V. Customs and Taxes

Given that different countries and regions have their own customs policies and tax regulations, the Buddha bead bracelets you purchased may be subject to corresponding customs duties, value-added taxes or other taxes during the transportation process at the destination customs. VII. Logistics Arrangements for Returns and Exchanges (Based on the Free Return and Exchange Policy within 7 Days)

    If you need to return the goods due to reasons that comply with our return and exchange policy, when sending the goods back, you can choose a reliable logistics channel by yourself to send the goods back to the address designated by us. Please note that the freight for sending the goods back needs to be prepaid by you. After we receive and confirm that the goods meet the return conditions, we will refund the product cost you paid when purchasing as well as the eligible freight (the standard freight of $8, if applicable) to you.
  2. Exchange Situation
    If you need to exchange the goods, you also need to ensure that the goods are sent back to the address designated by us within 7 days after receipt, and the goods are intact and have the original packaging. The freight for sending the goods back needs to be prepaid by you. After we receive and confirm that it meets the exchange conditions, if there is a price difference, we will communicate with you about the payment or refund matters, and then send you the exchanged goods as soon as possible. The freight for sending out the goods will be implemented in accordance with the above freight standards (the standard shipping is $8 or the express shipping is $15, depending on your choice).
